OUR PROCESS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REFERENCES QUALIFICATIONS Technical Systems, Inc. offers comprehensive services that completely fulfill all of our customers infrastructure needs for installation, planning and deployment. In addition, we maintain fire, surveillance, intrusion systems, CCTV, CATV, as well as telecommunication, data communication networks and integrated access control. We currently hold and maintain all necessary business licenses in the state of Arizona. We are also bonded and insured. OUR PROCESS Our systems and integration team is led by one of the company partners, Bill Riley. Bill serves as the Operations Manager and oversees all scheduling, project management, service and maintenance to ensure smooth operations until completion. All projects are initially outlined through a statement of work, where they are reviewed for accuracy and proper specifications. The Technical Systems, Inc. staff of engineers, installers and technicians include a complete design and installation plan, a detailed and itemized list of materials, a timeline and a final quote. Once a project is approved, the installation/integration plan is once again reviewed and confirmed. Parts and equipment are ordered and checked for accuracy and production schedules are generated to ensure timely completion. Ongoing communication is maintained with the client through our Operations Manager. Upon completion of the project, Bill will conduct a final walkthrough to test all systems and provide initial usage training.
